To achieve our strategy plan, Impact 2023, and the focus area Profitable Growth, we're now recruiting a Vice President Sales.
We are looking for an experienced sales- and commercial leader with a proven and successful track record of selling complex solutions- and services contracts. You will have the overall responsibility for developing and delivering signed contracts in Heavy Industry segments across Veolia’s broad range of offers within Hard Facility Management & Utility Solutions (Energy and Water) on the basis of a key account approach. Lead times for projects is in the range of 6-36 months. To be successful you are skilled in establishing high-trust and effective working relationships and knows how to operate in a matrix organization with many stakeholders internally and externally. You will be working closely together with Operations, Business Development colleagues and local KAM and Contract managers. You will spearhead a key account approach and culture across the business lines.
The position will be located in Stockholm or Gothenburg and you will report to the SVP Utility Solutions and report with a dotted line to the SVP Technical Management and to the Director Business Development.
